Can you work on tile roofs?
Yes. We repair concrete and clay tile as well as premium architectural shingles, and source matching materials as closely as possible.
Will you tell me if a repair isn't worth it?
Always. If a repair won't hold or the roof is near the end of its life, we'll explain why and show you photos.
Can you meet with my property manager?
Of course. We're happy to coordinate access and communicate with whoever manages the home.
